COLOUR Deep crimson with ruby red hues NOSE A primarily fruit driven nose, with lovely notes of raspberries, red cherries, cranberry, and blackcurrants. From the baker, black forest cake, vanilla sponge and hints of dark Dutch cocoa powder. Further inspection reveals spice notes, paprika, turmeric and white pepper with a meaty charcuterie aroma providing further enticement.
